About HyNet & Net Zero Teesside
The UK's first carbon capture and hydrogen clusters are moving into heavy construction, pulling in process, pipeline and mechanical contractors from across the country.
Cluster work is spread over multiple sites, so flexible accommodation that can shift between towns as packages ramp up is a practical advantage.

Hydrogen and carbon capture works split between the North West cluster and Teesside, and each has its own accommodation market.
Getting to site
Runcorn and Ellesmere Port sit on top of the HyNet pipeline and industrial sites. Chester and Warrington give deeper stock within 20–30 minutes. On Teesside, Middlesbrough and Stockton cover the Teesworks and NZT packages inside 20 minutes.
Parking & vehicles
Industrial site parking is generally available, but properties still need driveway space for crew vehicles overnight. That is our first filter in both clusters.
Everyday living
Chester and Warrington are the more comfortable long-stay bases; Runcorn and Middlesbrough put you closest to the gate. Both Teesside towns have everything a crew needs within a short drive.
Shifts & rotations
Commissioning and tie-in works run intensive shift blocks. Monthly terms with mid-month changeovers handle rotating crews cleanly.
