What are the typical Airbnb management fees in the UK?
Most UK Airbnb management companies charge between 12% and 25% of gross booking revenue. Our fee depends on the term you choose: 22% flexible, 18% on a 6-month agreement, or 14% on a 12-month agreement.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
There is no onboarding fee — £0 — provided your property meets our requirements (furnished, safety-compliant and ready for access). Listing creation, linen and turnover, cleaning and guest care are all covered by the management fee. Professional photography is charged separately, and we'll quote it up front.
Do you charge extra for cleaning or guest services?
No. Housekeeping is charged to the guest as part of the booking, and guest communication, screening, review management and 24/7 support are all covered by the management fee. We don't mark up guest cleans.
Are there discounts for multiple properties or luxury homes?
Yes. We discount further based on the number of homes you place with us, and greater discounts are available for luxury and high nightly-rate properties. Ask for a tailored quote.
