The Suffolk coast has very little year-round hotel stock, so whole houses in Leiston, Saxmundham and Ipswich are the realistic option for Sizewell C teams.

Getting to site

Leiston and Saxmundham are within 10–20 minutes of the site campus on the B1122 and B1119. Ipswich is around 45 minutes but has by far the deepest stock for larger crews. Lowestoft suits marine and offshore-linked packages.

Parking & vehicles

Rural roads and limited on-site parking make allocated off-street spaces essential. We favour houses with driveways or yards where vans and welfare vehicles can sit safely overnight.
